Here i am trying to create a win-win situation where i can go for both and e response is so good.

When i call up hf did i realise she wasnt informed of e whole situation all along. Hmph...

Probably an annual event should not have exclude people who wanted to come but cant make it on that day.

Why should i even give a damn when people dont even care? I'm just asking for a date and people are saying i cant commit to something 2 months later. Geeex. how come you're putting us in lower priority over something unknown you're reserving e dates for?

It's not about whose in higher priority anymore, it's about getting e best out of everything. Yea, if it's an annual event, why are people excluded?!

Then does saying sorry i cant make it to a meetup promised 2 weeks back means you're putting people in lower priority too?

End of e day, it just boils down on who gets their way.
