I've fallen sick...bzzzzz
keke, guess wat? its almost 12 pm but i'm not at work! Well, a bit asked for it really..sighs. Had flu on monday night. But i had requested off on tues cos i wanna go to sentosa with xh. Well, things had not turned for e better on tues morning. But i was thinking, i dont really want to waste spending e day at home, nor disappointing xh. Well, its only 2 of us going, and its not nice backing out at last min. I meant, where can she find a date at last min. So, i went. But, my nose was running like a tap. REally!! e mucus is so watery..wahahah.
Anyway, we're there tanning at 12 pm. Sheesh..insane..and i guess i paid a dear price for it. Cos i cut short our outing and was home around 4pm. Been zzzing non-stop. But, its freaking fustrating, wasnt sure if its bcos of e tannning earlier on, my body was so hot. Many times, i was awaken by e sheer heat. Anyway, it might be due to e flu that cause e fever. Though i was down e entire time, i didnt slept well, nor had appetite for anything. TErrible.
Well, decided to take a day off today, cos though flu was gone, but my body's still so hot, and i havent been eating much yesterday----Taken from an email i sent to SL.
Perhaps of e flu, i got irritated easily. Was at e checkout counter and my stuff was there, but e cashier went to took e stuff behind mine and went to scan it. What e .... Seems like there were other scenarios too, but i cant recall.
oh ya, as we were on e way out on e bus, we bumped into Ix Shen. He was exactly like on tv. So gentlemenly and soft spoken. Was turning to xh when i saw him, but she was sitting there, so calm and expressionless. No wonder... she hasnt spotted him yet.
Back to monday, i was kinda freaking pissed. A approached me and asked if i'm ok with staying back to help her with some work. I agreed, but she left me to finish it while she went off. Ok, so what if those things used to be done by her assistant(who wasnt around on monday). She should at least stayed on to speed up and finish e work together with me, instead of dumping everything to me. Cos apparently, those stuff used to be done by her assistant. With a lame excuse, husband's waiting downstairs, she left. I realised its pointless being such a goody goody, it just gets you nowhere.
We should really be selective on who we wanna be nice to. Or at least, we're ok with it, when they turned out to be super- unappreciative.
Well, A did thanked me or asked my name etc. But i felt she lacked e sincerity. Though she ask my name, she didnt bother to remember it. Hey, look here, whats e point of asking in e first place?
I really shouldnt grumble that much eh? After all, all i have to do half e time was just sit down and wait for her to get done with her stuff before i can do mine. I even get to read my book in e meantime. But really, that isnt what i want. Many told me, isnt it great, just sit there do nothing and get paid? Not for me ... i rather be doing something to earn it. Even if it meant doing things an office assistant might be doing.
Just as things seems to be getting fun, the students are leaving. . sighs. Without them hovering in my area, it would be so boring going to work.
Arrrgghh... i really hate to be sick. You just seems to miss out a whole load of fun. Be it food or activites. Mouth is tasteless and i'm coughing so hard. Besides that, my body is feeling freaking hot, but my hands and legs are frozen.
Grrrr..so, to cover a blanket or not?
