REal amused by e southbirds from ONE PIECE. . Luffy and gang were out in e jungle trying to catch them. According to e ossan, they make real weird sounds. As usopp was complaining how they would know what kind of sounds would be considered weird, they heard a " Chuuuuuu!~...." So funny, i nearly pengz on e spot.
I remembered ages ago, in this particular episode of KARA KYOU MAOU, there's these bee bears who produce nonsensical sounds like" nogisu" and now there's e southbirds!~ bleah!!
Watched Attack No. 1 episode 7 and 8 just now. Bahhh....that guy, he didnt managed to pick up e courage to express his feelings for Ayuhara and met an accident. Sighs...this kinda of shows are always as such. Make us stamp our feets and throw tables at how silly things goes. . I cant to see e next episode!!
Nothing much to do today. . supposed to go SL's house, but was called off. Have been busily chasing shows all day, time to take a break and do something else. .
Some exercises to cool down and relax and remove all e cluttering thoughts.....
1. Take in 3 deep breaths
2. Counting backwards
Above was some stuff i read from the book titled HOW TO CALM DOWN - THREE DEEP BREATHS TO PEACE OF MIND by FRED L.MILLER.
Hmm, a real omoshiroi book! According to him, our mind loves to think, so if its given a task to do, it would quiet down for a while and once it has learned e task, it would give it back for me to do and continue thinking. <<<----Baka... it makes sense, but what e heck is he trying to say?
Below are some stuff i extracted from his book....
HEAD TREATS -Exercise III
1. 3 deep breaths
2. Imagine you're at e beach
3. Visualise e waves, feel e sand and e warm sun on our back. Feel e coold breeze rolling past our face.
4. Smile, let this pleasant scene relax me.
5. Get more and more scenes in..
A WALK IN THE WOODS - Exercise V
1. close eyes
2.Imagine waking through woods. Feel e breeze, touch e tree barks, hear the chirping of e bird and twig snap under our feet.
3. REach a cabin, entered and saw a fireplace with orange flames. Cosy place. At one side there's a comfortable bed. Cuddling under e blanket, drifting off into sleep
FINDING A FOCUS .....
Sometimes, if we follow our initiuton, things are done easier. If we allow our mind to be part of it, things might get out of hand with all those unnecessary thoughts. 4 ways to focus, through touch, smell, taste, hear and see.Imagine a smell of something, or e sound of it. Or imagine seeing it, and e its details or simply holding something. Focus on them, and anytime our thoughts run, gently nudge it back.
E other way is through BREATH. Feel e breath through nostril, feel its temperature or e sound it makes.
"Our mind is like a wild horse. Trying to concentrate resembles taming a horse, if we try to confine it with a saddle, it is apt to run away..."
