This are some quotes i taken out of The happiness equation. Despite reading so much on it, and knowing that happiness depends on ourself and we have to be proactive, but i still cant help feeling down at times.

Its as though i took ages to climb out of the well, but a little push, and i'm right back at where i was, right at the bottom of the well.

Probably cos i havent found a job. i felt so lost, like a little bottle, floating aimlessly. Wish i could meet an island someday, and have someone discover me and read the scroll i had along with me. . Bahh...

The difference between happy people and unhappy people is that happy people only make downward comparions, while unhappy people have both upward and downward comparions and they only dwell on upward comparions. They spend days searching for confirmation that life had given them a poor deck of cards. It sounds so like me, keep dwelling in misery.

I must stop being so narcassistic, and think about others too, and not just in my pool of misery. It seems as though that when life have a meaning and purpose, thats where happiness surfaces.

But where do i go to find a full stop for the question i have?
